As you are all probably aware the Clubhouse has been undergoing some changes in the last few months, so we thought it was about time to reveal a bit more. After listening to our customers feedback at the end of last season we have decided to make a few major changes:
Firstly, the look! The Clubhouse required a bit of updating and needed to work for people whether they are simply coming for a quiet drink or a family meal. We have made sure that there is ample comfortable seating and tables big enough to enjoy a meal. The colour scheme works really well, a modern twist on classic Country Club.
However we haven’t stopped there. In response to your feedback we wanted to extend opening hours and our food offering this season. To that end we are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Clubhouse Manager. His name is Phil Clarke and he has extensive experience as a chef and working behind the bar in busy local pubs. Phil has designed a whole new menu and will be offering fresh, home-cooked meals that will be available everyday that we are open. We will continue to serve up Fish and Chips on a Friday night alongside the new menu and will also reinstate the very popular Sunday Roasts.
The club will open for the first time at 6pm on Friday 4th March (no lunch time opening for this first Friday). Opening times will be reviewed as the season progresses but initial opening times are as follows:
- Monday – Closed

- Wednesday – Open from 6pm (Food served 6pm – 9pm)
